In keeping abreast with the advanced demands of customers today, the bank has two key high-tech service platforms that offer customers around the clock access to their accounts: for information and transaction purposes and these are:

ATM Network

The Bank has a country-wide network of Auto-teller Machines (ATMs) in all its service centres. Currently the bank has about 80 (eighty) ATMs providing the banks customers 24/7 access to their accounts. The National Bank ATM, branded Moneycard also accept VISA cards: VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Plus.

BankNet Online

A robust and exceptionally customer friendly internet banking service that has been tested to be of World Class standard. BankNet Online is safe, secure and robustly versatile. Mo626ice

Mo626ice is a mobile phone banking system through which customers can access various banking services from mobile phone handsets. Mo626ice can be accessed from any mobile phone network in the world as long as the number is registered on the system. The system can be accessed by dialing *626# on the handset.

    • Utility Bill Payments
    • Purchase of mobile phone Airtime

  • Student Saver Account for students who are still pursuing academic professions

Routine Activities by NBM Pension Administration Limited

  1. Open separate member's employer and employee contributions accounts
  2. Reconciliation of these two separate accounts on monthly basis
  3. Transfer of accrued fund annual and valuation bonus
  4. Timely settle withdrawal claims 5 working days after reciept of instructions if its death claim and 6 months for other reasons except retirement claim
  5. Submission of annual members benefits and statements for each active member
  6. Submission of quarterly fund accounts
  7. Preparation of account summaries on a monthly and annual basis
  8. Facilitation of fund audit exercise
  9. Facilitation of fund actuarial exercise
  10. Facilitation of the competitive Group Life Assurance cover
