NBM awards best students at Luanar
Kawawa (standing) poses with the best studentsNational Bank of Malawi (NBM) plc last week awarded and recognized four students at the Lilongwe University of Agricultures and Natural Resources (Luanar) Bunda campus for exceptional performance.
The bank awarded the students with cash amounts of K362,500 each and pledged to buy computers worth K4.5 million to help the students in their studies.
The students include Lonjezo Folias currently pursuing a Bachelor of Sciences in Agricultural and Applied Economics, Leonard Kumwenda who is studying for Bachelor of Science in Irrigation Engineering, Kingdom Simfukwe pursuing Bachelor of Science in Aquaculture and Fisheries Science and Romeo Fabiano doing a Bachelor of Science in Gender and Development.

National Bank of Malawi plc Head of Retail Banking Division division Oswin Kasunda has advised small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to invest in perfecting their business proposals if they are to easily access business loans.



Malawi Stock Exchange-listed National Bank of Malawi (NBM) on Friday donated various food items worth K500, 000 to Pashello Charitable Trust at Ngabu in Chikwawa District.
