Andrew Ngomwa and Joleen Bapu produced outstanding perfomances to emerge victorious  during the National Bank of Malawi (NBM) Golf Tournament at Blantyre Sports Club on Saturday.

National Bank of Malawi announced its continued partnership with Impact Events, who are the organizers of the Sand Music Festival, by pumping US$15,000 approximately K11.5 million into the festival set to take place in October.

National Bank of Malawi (NBM) has given Media Institute of Southern Africa(MISA) Malawi Chapter K700,000 towards the World Press Freedom Day commemorations to be held on May 7 at Sunbird Nkopola in Mangochi.

National Bank of Malawi presented two cheques worth K500,000 each to Economics Association of Malawi (ECAMA) and the Institute of People Management Malawi (IPMM) respectively in support of their annual lakeshore conferences scheduled for Mangochi.

NBM was earlier this year named a Golden Award winner in the Best Employers Awards organized by the Employers consultative Association of Malawi (Ecama). Teveta was a collaborating partner with Ecama in the training and human resource category.

Teveta's director of training programmes Wilson  Makulumiza-Nkhoma said an assessment conducted for Ecama by business advisory KPMG identified NBM as one of the best employers when it comes to training and human resource development.
